National recognition places brokerage among top Sotheby’s International Realty® firms in the United States
Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty has been recognized in the 2026 RealTrends Verified Brokerage Rankings, placing #9 among Sotheby’s International Realty® firms and #62 nationally. The firm was additionally named the #1 Massachusetts-based brokerage by sales volume.
These rankings are based on independently confirmed sales performance, evaluating brokerages by transaction sides and sales volume. This year, nearly 1,300 firms met RealTrends Verified standards, each closing at least 500 transaction sides or $350 million in sales volume. Together, they accounted for $2.24 trillion in volume and 3.94 million transactions, underscoring just how concentrated production remains among the industry’s top performers.
