In 2006, Larry Rideout and Paul McGann purchased the firm and affiliated it with Sotheby’s International Realty®, building on a legacy that began in 1962 when pioneering broker Betty Gibson founded Betty Gibson Associates. Today, the company remains independently owned and operated by Larry and Paul, continuing a tradition of local leadership and deep community roots.
