What is something your clients find comfort in
that makes them turn to you for their real estate
needs?

Kim: I have always considered my relationship
with my clients to be based on trust and confidence. Clients
turn to our team because we consistently offer exceptional service
and high-quality marketing that differentiates us from the local
competition. The consistent referrals we receive are a
testament to their confidence and loyalty to our team. I have
had the absolute pleasure of helping the children of some of my
past clients achieve their real estate goals. I consider this
the ultimate demonstration of their comfort in my services.

Janet: Our clients turn to us for our
proven success and knowledge of our local market. We have a winning
track record and many wonderful reviews from both buyers and
sellers. We offer exceptional service and I know that our clients
can tell that we truly respect one another and enjoy working
together.

Arielle: I have an energetic and
engaging personality and treat every client as I would a friend or
family member. This allows me to build a foundation of trust with
each individual I work with.

Craig: I take the time to thoroughly
understand the goals of the clients I work with, as well as any
anxieties they may have regarding the challenges of homebuying.
Once I understand their dreams and fears, I work to educate them,
build a team of experts for them, and make a plan they are
confident in. When we find a property that fits their vision, we
are prepared and ready to take action. I am with my clients every
step of the way.

What are some of your favorite local hobbies,
activities, or organizations that you participate in?

Kim: I am committed to sponsoring and
participating in community events that allow me to give back to a
community that has been so generous to my business. This is an
enjoyable way to meet new people and engage in conversations about
the local market. These are invaluable opportunities to
connect with past clients and form new relationships in a way that
is both enjoyable and rewarding.

Janet: I have participated in a local
book group for over 25 years! New England sports is always exciting
to watch, and I relish our proximity to Gillette Stadium as a
season ticket holder to the New England Patriots. In the last two
years, I have taken up pickleball in a local league.

Arielle: I enjoy spending time
with my family. Whether it’s going to museums or simply
enjoying a concert in the park, I try to explore and meet new
people along the way.

Craig: My family and I are very
invested in our local Norfolk community. We love the school system.
I volunteer as a soccer coach and as a leader in our Scout
pack.

What do you love most about where you live and
work?

Kim: I live in Norfolk, a small
picturesque town that allows for easy commutes to both Boston and
Providence, as well as quick access to the beaches of Rhode Island
and Cape Cod. As a holder of New England Patriots season
tickets, I love the proximity to Gillette Stadium during football
season! When my children were younger, there were many
opportunities to spend time as a family in the local area. We
enjoyed swimming and boating on the nearby lakes, apple or berry
picking at the local farms, or hiking on trails in one of the many
open spaces in town.

Janet: I love being equidistant from
Boston and Providence, and all each city has to offer. Growing up,
I moved all over the country and I found that New England is
my favorite region. I have raised my sons in Norfolk, and we have
all benefited from the exceptional schools, the expansion of
Patriot Place for concerts and games, nearby shopping, and
proximity to local beaches.

Arielle: I am lucky to live in
Boston’s South End and work in the suburbs. It’s the
best of both worlds. I love the diverse experiences of living
in the city and working in the suburbs. I especially value the
walkability of the South End—some of the city’s best
restaurants and shops are in my backyard! Working outside of
the city offers an escape from the bustling streets and lets me
enjoy a quiet small town feel.

Craig: We love the people that make
up the Norfolk community! It is a truly family-oriented town that
has so much to offer. My family enjoys library activities, the
excellent camps put in by the recreation department, and concerts
and farmers markets on Town Hill.

Any favorite spots in Westwood or the
MetroWest?

Kim: The MetroWest offers so many
opportunities to enjoy the outdoors. We have loved spending
days on the local lakes and hiking in one of the many properties
owned by the Massachusetts Audubon Society or The Trustees of
Reservations. Each one of the small local towns offers
excellent dining and shopping opportunities in quaint village-like
settings. Seasonal community events are full of local
character.

Janet: I enjoy taking early morning
walks around Lake Pearl, visiting Bubbling Book Ice Cream for a
sweet treat, and local pickleball courts for a fun game with my
friends.

Arielle: Organic Buzz in Norfolk,
Crosby’s Coffee in Wrentham, and University Station in Westwood
for shopping.

Craig: The Gavel in Wrentham is a
favorite for food and outdoor dining. We enjoy visiting Stony Brook
Reservation for family hikes.

What are three sources of joy in each of your
weeks?

Kim: My family is very close-knit and
I delight in keeping in touch with my aunts, cousins, and
siblings. It’s a blessing to spend so much time
together. I love entertaining by our pool and try to do this
often during pool season. Seeing the little ones splashing
around with friends and family brings me so much joy. I also
find joy in caring for our family pets! I have volunteered at
shelters and fostered animals. Some of them never find their way to
a new family and end up joining ours. At the moment we
have one dog, three cats, and a turtle. The unconditional love
and snuggles that I get from them are a wonderful way to end my
day.

Janet: During the summer months, I
find great joy in spending time with my family at our vacation home
in York, Maine. My youngest son is leaving for college in Chicago
this fall and I am enjoying our quality time together before the
next big step. Another source of joy is meeting new people as
part of my career, and the satisfaction of helping a family find
the home of their dreams in this challenging market. Finally,
I feel truly blessed to live a such a serene area where I enjoy the
peace of being surrounded by nature during long walks on our local
nature trails.

Arielle: I love spending time with my
3-month-old daughter, Isla, and husband, Alec, entertaining and
cooking with friends, and taking long walks in the city!

Craig: My children and amazing wife,
helping my clients discover a home, and the opportunity to meet new
people around town.
