Kathy Cronin,
Shevaun Bayley, Ananda
Riveira, and Kyle Cronin are active members of and have a great
appreciation for the Newburyport community.
Read on as they share their strengths as a team, their love for
their community, and their insider scoop on the best spots in
Newburyport.
What is something your clients find comfort in that makes them turn
to you for their real estate needs?
Sharon: I am honest, trustworthy, and professional while
maintaining my down-to-earth nature. My clients have told me that I
am smart and tough, and work harder than any agent they’ve
worked with.
Kathy:
I always strive to be honest and straightforward with each of my
clients.
Shevaun: I have extensive local knowledge, excellent
communication skills, and sharp attention to detail.
Ananda: I am very attentive to clients throughout the
transaction process. I always try to be forthcoming and
honest.
Kyle: I am always reliable and trustworthy. Working with the
experienced, professional Cronin team is a great asset.
What are some of your favorite local hobbies, activities, or
organizations that you participate in?
Sharon: I’ve served on the Board of Directors for the
local Boys and
Girls Club for more than two decades. I also support Our
Neighbor’s Table and the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.
Kathy: I support Meals on Wheels, and serve as a foster care
advocate.
Shevaun: Locally, I enjoy hiking, camping, and visiting area
beaches and restaurants. I support the Boys and Girls Club and love
to help families in need.
Ananda: I enjoy supporting and highlighting local businesses
through social media features and marketing initiatives as part of
the Cronin Team.
Kyle: I often play basketball at my local gym and enjoy
creating videos to support my favorite local businesses.
What do you love most about where you live and work?
Sharon: I appreciate the beauty of living in a small seaside
community. On a professional level, the variety of homes is
exciting. Antique sea captain’s homes, beach houses,
horse farms, new construction, and downtown condos – we have
it all.
Kathy: There is so much to do in the Newburyport area. I
enjoy walking the rail trail with friends, listening to live music
on the waterfront, visiting local restaurants, and strolling the
shops during Invitation Night each year at Christmastime.
Shevaun: I couldn’t live anywhere else! I love the
change of Seasons in New England. Newburyport is incredibly
convenient and offers easy access to everything. I have a saying:
“Live Here, Go Anywhere!”
Ananda: I relish the beauty of the changing seasons and the
unique charm that each one brings.
Kyle: Newburyport is a beautiful place to live with an
impressive landscape. I value the small-town community vibe.
Any favorite spots in Newburyport?
Sharon: I love walking along The Clipper City Rail Trail and Harbor Walk.
Together these form a lovely, scenic walk through Newburyport
– and a great place to run into friends and clients!
Kathy: In my rare spare time, I love to visit the Sandy Point State Reservation. Abraham’s
Bagels is my favorite stop for breakfast – they’re
as good as New York bagels! Patridge in a Bear Tree is a wonderful shop for
last-minute gifts, and I always enjoy lunch at Loretta
with past clients.
Shevaun: The Joppa Flats area is perfect for watching the
boats coming in and out of the Merrimac River and the Plum Island
Reservation.
Ananda: Middle Street Foods and Anchor Stone Deck
Pizza.
Kyle: I love exploring Moseley Woods and Maudslay State Park with my dog.
What are three sources of joy in your week?
Sharon: For me, it’s all about my family. In the winter,
it’s skiing with my family, especially if it’s a
bluebird powder day. Otherwise, it’s getting together with them
for an afternoon of great food and wine.
Kathy: The feeling after a good workout, a trail walk at
Mill Pond with the dogs, sitting on Sharon’s porch with a
glass of wine.
Shevaun: Tending my garden, quiet moments of reflection, and
enjoying a cold local craft IPA.
Ananda: Sunshine after a few rainy days, going to the gym,
and $10 burger nights at Crave in Amesbury.
Kyle: Workouts and basketball runs, dinner or drinks
with the team after work, and receiving positive feedback on a
spotlight video from a local business owner.
