[:en]Gibson Sothebys International Realty Takes a Ninja Approach to Real Estate[:]

This past October, Gibson Sothebys International
Realty
welcomed professionals from Sothebys
International Realty affiliates across Massachusetts,
Rhode
Island
, New York,
New
Hampshire
, and Washington D.C. to join
them in a four-day intensive Ninja Selling installation.

Ninja
Selling
: A path, not an event. A lifestyle for sales,
focused on the power of incremental change that requires the
participant to walk it.Following the path requires repetition and
passion.Ninja sales training changes your mindset, flow, business
plan, customer interactions, selling process, buying process, and
negotiating skills, hopefully assisting Realtors in ways not
previously possible.

The mission of Ninja Selling is threefold:Increase your
income per hour.
Increase your client
satisfaction.
Improve the quality of your
life.

To accomplish this, the Ninja Selling trainings are immersive
experiences during which students learn to shift their mindsets,
develop important skills, and engage in daily action. Led by Master
Ninja Selling Instructor Melanie
Frank
, the system was designed to empower Realtors to
raise their professional standards of excellence through
collaboration, teamwork, and working smarter, rather than harder.
For Ninjas, family is first and foremost, and those who complete
the program are equipped with valuable tools that will help them
regain their lives outside of work. Frank explains that, while
Ninja Selling is a system that aims to help Realtors sell more
effectively, it is about much more. It is meant to be life
changing, and to help graduates strike that elusive balance between
a satisfying career and a fulfilling home life.

The Ninja Selling Installation was an amazing experiencenot just
due to the wonderful proven processes we learned and the way they
were presented, but the camaraderie in the room was so abundant. I
felt like I was with sixty new friends! enthused Sharon
Parker
, a Realtor with Tate & Foss Sothebys
International Realty
in Rye, New Hampshire.

After four days of energized training, participants left with
new philosophies, attitudes, and actions to focus their real estate
careers in their respective markets.

I truly did not know what to expect going in, but the Ninja
Training is something that every single agent, regardless of
success or tenure, would benefit from, said Ally
White
, a Realtor who works out of Gibson Sothebys
International Realtys South Boston office. I learned so many
valuable tools that will not only help my real estate career, but
also my everyday relationships. I am so thankful for the
opportunityand to be on this journey!

As White states, Ninja Selling is not just for newer real estate
professionals: experienced advisors also report significant
benefits.
David DeMarco
, of Gibson Sothebys International
Realtys Dorchester office, says the program targeted and reinforced
the personal relationship building that is so essential in our
business. The Ninja Selling system works if you follow it and work
your database, as well as open yourself up to attracting
business.

Frank firmly believes in the power of positive affirmations, and
to holding oneself accountable for maintaining daily and weekly
habits.

Ninja Selling is life changing, and Melanie Frank is amazing. I
hear her in my head every day! says
Peter Lomenzo
, a Gibson Sothebys International Realty
associate in Dennis, Massachusetts. One thing for sure: this is not
a quick fix, and is therefore much more valuable. I have had a
great week of practice and I love the renewed energy I have for
life.
