Massachusetts-Based Brokerage’s Growth Continues on the Outer
Cape

addition of real estate brokerage Pat Shultz Real Estate to its
growing team.
As part of Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty’s
growth strategy to attract industry-leading talent, the brokerage
will onboard Pat Shultz Real Estate’s principal brokers
Michael Minore, Joan Lenane and Joe DeMartino and five additional
sales associates to its existing office location at 168
Commercial Street, Provincetown, which the firm opened by way
of acquisition in 2020.
