Here are a few achievements we are most proud of so
far this year:

International Realty was awarded Gold in the 16th annual
Banker & Tradesman’s Best—ranking our firm as the
#1 residential real estate company in Massachusetts. -
Our firm was awarded
Best Website at Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate’s
26th Annual Fall Conference, where brokers, agents and industry
movers from across the globe gathered in Park City, Utah to explore
the latest trends in luxury real estate and honor the best in the
industry. -
Paul McCormick, a sales associate with Gibson Sotheby’s
International Realty in Chatham, was honored with a Significant
Sale award for his sale of
72 Sea Mist Lane in Chatham, Massachusetts for $5,995,000,
marking the highest sale price to date in South Chatham.

Dino Confalone, a sales associate with Gibson Sotheby’s
International Realty in Cambridge, was named REALTOR® of the
Year by the Greater Boston Association of REALTORS® for his
contributions to the advancement of the real estate profession and
local community during the previous 18 months. -
Maggie Tomkiewicz, a sales associate on Team
MCM with Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty in
Dartmouth, was recognized as the REALTOR® Party Advocate of the
Year by the REALTOR® Association of Southeastern Massachusetts
for her dedication to legislative and advocacy matters. -
We opened new office locations in
Dartmouth
and Newburyport,
providing new opportunities for our agents and their clients in
prime luxury markets in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. -
We earned several nominations in
Boston
Agent Magazine’s Agents’ Choice Awards:

International Realty associates were honored in the 2023
RealTrends America’s Best Real Estate Professionals report,
which recognizes the top 1.5% of 1.6 million real estate
professionals nationwide. -
In April, we attended the largest
Global Networking Event ever—bringing
together close to 3,000 attendees from 44 states and nearly 40
countries to fuel referrals, collaborate, and build relationships
on an unparalleled scale. -
In October, we welcomed our
associates and staff as well as a selection of special
guests to the 2023 Experts Exchange, where Sotheby’s
International Realty associates from near and far
came together in Boston to hear from industry leaders and get
trusted insights into what’s ahead for the market. It is an
honor to be a part of this global network, and we were thrilled to
host this inaugural event.
