Local real estate leader Gibson
Sotheby’s International Realty has officially opened an
office in Beacon Hill,
further strengthening the brokerage’s position as the
definitive choice in luxury real estate throughout Eastern
Massachusetts. The new space marks the twenty-fifth office for the
company, which has made strategic expansions to better serve its
clientele and expanding agent base.
The new office will be situated at
66 Beacon Street, located directly across from Boston Common and
near many of the community’s most sought-after residential
neighborhoods.

“Beacon Hill in many ways is
the heart and soul of Boston. We have long done substantial
business within the community and are thrilled to now have a
physical presence in this much-loved neighborhood. We have
assembled an outstanding team of professionals who live and work in
Beacon Hill and who are committed to providing exceptional service
to their clients,” said Larry Rideout, Chairman and Co-Owner
of Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty. “This
strategic move expands our market presence, provides a
collaborative business space for our team, and further strengthens
our ability to meet the needs of our clients.”

“Now more than ever, buyers
and sellers are turning to us for guidance, and it is incumbent
upon us to be where our clients are,” said Paul McGann,
President and Co-Owner of Gibson Sotheby’s International
Realty. “When we founded Gibson Sotheby’s International
Realty in 2006, we had a clear vision of providing superior
white-glove service by some of the best professionals in the
industry. I am proud to say our culture and vision hasn’t
changed as we’ve grown from 80 to nearly 450 associates, and
this evolution enables us to better assist our clients and their
needs—whether that next address is around the corner or
across the world.”
The team welcomes neighbors and clients
to pop into the space.
