Agent Spotlight: Ethan Felleman

Ethan Felleman Real Estate Agent

What did you do before real estate and how did you get
started in the business?

I’ve always loved and been involved with real estate at some
level. Growing up, my father was a local developer and I used to
join him at his sites and watch him work. After college I started
buying small properties, renovating and selling them. The real
estate bug never left me.

What is something your clients find comfort in that
makes them turn to you for their real estate needs?

Real estate to me is about building relationships. I love that
so many of them have turned into friendships. Now that I have been
a broker for almost 20 years, I really enjoy when I get the
pleasure of selling a house of a client that they purchased with me
many years before. I’ve been told by many of my clients that I am a
great listener and make them feel very comfortable and taken care
of throughout the entire process.

What do you love most about where you live and
work?

The South End! I love it! I moved here while I was in college
and never left. I work here, I live here, I love here, I play here,
I eat here. I truly believe it is one of the best neighborhoods
anywhere. It is so nice to see so many familiar faces walking the
streets everyday. My parents told my grandparents that they were
pregnant with me at the former Sahara restaurant on Shawmut Avenue.
I love that the sign is still there.
