has officially opened an office in downtown Manchester-by-the-Seaa
coastal community on the North Shore of Massachusetts. The new
space marks the twenty-third office for the company, which acquired
MetroWest real estate brokerage Benoit Mizner Simon & Co. in
January and Arlington, Massachusetts-based Bowes Real Estate this
July.
Gibson Sothebys International Realty recently took over the
commercial space at 21 Central Street, located less than a mile
from Singing Beach and the MBTA commuter rail. It is sited directly
across from the Seaside No. 1 Firehouse Museum and the public boat
ramp on Manchester-By-The-Seas coveted Inner Harbor.
