[:en]What did you do before
real estate and how did you get started in the
business?

Funny enough, we lived parallel lives even before teaming up in
real estate. We were both were born in Canada and moved to the US
with our families. We both graduated from Boston University; Dom
with a degree in biology, and Lindsay with a major in advertising
and a minor in psychology. We both started in real estate as our
first job out of college. Dom has been working in the industry for
20+ years and got started as an on-site sales manager for a South
Boston developer. While still at BU, Lindsay started working for
the owner of a Cambridge agency when she was 17. As soon as she
turned 18, she got her license and never looked back!

What is something your clients find comfort in that make
them turn to you for their real estate needs?

Combined, we have 35+ years experience in the industry. In
addition, we’ve been working together as a team for a decade. The
majority of our real estate transactions happen in South Boston.
Something we’ve always loved about South Boston and our clients is
that we are neighbors. We live, work, and play here, too. We see
our clients around town, shop in the same stores, support the same
local businesses, and walk our dogs in the same parks. We believe
our clients find comfort that we have first hand knowledge of our
market both personally and professionally.

Whatare some of your favorite local organizations that
you participate in?

We are both members of local neighborhood associations. We
support the associations where we live but also the association
where our office is located. Dom was a founding member of the West
Broadway Neighborhood Association (where our office is located).
Dom and his family are members at the South Boston yacht club where
his kids partake in activities such as the sailing club. Lindsay is
a loyal member of The Handlebar South Boston cycling family.
Lindsay has hosted several charity spin rides with the Handlebar to
benefit several local non-profit organizations.

What about the South Boston lifestyles excite you
most?

We have a saying that we never leave the “South Boston island.”
We feel strongly about supporting our local businesses and frequent
many restaurants and shops throughout South Boston. We both walk
our dogs at Castle Island. We have participated each year in the
Mayor’s “Love your Block” event. We have hosted an annual St.
Patrick’s Day parade day party in our office that has become a
highlight for those to attend. We love this event as an opportunity
to bring our building residents, clients, and friends together to
celebrate the heritage of the city we call home!

What are three sources of joy in your week?

  1. Truly, we love coming to work in our South Boston office. We’ve
really become a real estate family and share many laughs, trials,
    and triumphs together.
  2. Spending time enjoying South Boston and the city life with our
    families.
  3. Staying physically active in our community, whether through
spin or taking a walk at Castle Island.
