expansion in Cape Cod with the acquisition of Chatham Real Estate,
a hyperlocal real estate firm based in the seaside town of Chatham,
Massachusetts. The acquisition extends Gibson Sothebys
International Realtys reach south into Barnstable County and adds
one new office to the Boston-headquartered brokerage. The company
currently serves clients across Chatham, Orleans, Brewster, Harwich
Port, Dennis, Boston, Greater Boston, and the North Shore and South
Shore.
