Brian
Perry and Susan Condrick were
both taught to give backto their families, to their communities,
and to their clients. Through the Big Brothers Big Sisters program,
Brian hascultivated a bond with his little brother Raequan for
nearly 15 years. Over histenure at Gibson Sothebys International
Realty and the course of his 25-year sales experience, he has
delivered exceptional service to and leftlasting impacts on his
clients, several of whom have become his very closefriends.
For Susan, tracing the history of those who lived within the
walls of her properties is one of her greatestpassion. She revels
in the challengingbut fascinatingjourney of piecing together
thestories for those clients seeking to own a piece of history.
This week, we feature Brian Perry and Susan Condrick as

Gibson
Sothebys International Realty officially launched our
Evoker
Film Series this summer, offering a personal
introduction to the lives of the some of the companys executives
and agents. With 11 total offices across Greater Boston, we have a
keen understanding that real estate success requires bringing our
brand to life and building authentic relationships with our
clients. With that mission in mind, we collaborated with
micro-branding company Evoker, Inc. to create
short films that tell the passion, commitment and stories of our
remarkable team members.
Each week, we will feature two agent films across our online
platforms. While the films subtly complement one another, no two
are ever the same, turning the traditional agent bio video on its
head. The films strip away the mass-produced structure of standard
biography videos and enable each agent to share their unique
story.
