make major impacts on the Greater Boston real estate
market

Realty closed another consecutive record-breaking year, exceeding
$1.7 billion in sales. The 200-agent firm is now ranked #3 in the
state of Massachusetts.

achieve this volume without our all-star team,” noted President and
Co-owner, Paul McGann. “Not only do we have an incredible
leadership team, but our agents continue to astound us. Their hard
work and dedication is apparent in the incredible success we have
seen year after year.” From 2007 to 2012, Gibson Sothebys
International Realtys annual sales grew from $464 million to $776
million, and then to over $1.5 billion in 2017, with an additional
$200 million private sales last year.
Under newly appointed Chief
Executive Officer, Colleen Barry, Chief Operating Officer, Jeff
Tarczali, and Chief Accounting Officer, Robyn Grandolfi, Gibson
Sothebys International Realty has taken major strides in 2017 to
innovate. They implemented a paperless management system and
renovated and expanded their offices.
Our goal is to provide our agents
with a platform for growth, noted CEO, Colleen Barry. By freeing
them up to focus on service and relationships, our per agent
productivity has more than tripled in the past few
years.
The firm continues to utilize new

Director, Greg Clarke, provides support through a series of
programs that create customized marketing plans and material to
maximize each propertys exposure on a local and global
level.
In addition to a number of
significant sales in Boston and Cambridge, Gibson Sothebys
International Realty had its best year yet in referrals, completing
over 500 referral transactions throughout the United States and
across the globe. Furthermore, their team received accolades in
several publications in 2017 including Boston Magazines award for
Best Real Estate Agent, Realtor Magazines Top 30 under 30, and
RealTrends the Thousand.
