Richard has a
reputation as one of the sharpest legal minds and strategic

Education classes (CE) to our talented group of experienced agents.
Richard Sullivan is an attorney who specializes in real estate
law. Formerly a managing attorney for a small firm, Sullivan Law,
P.C, Richards practice included transactional representation of
buyers, sellers, lenders, and commercial landlords and tenants. He
has represented numerous real estate brokerage companies providing
strategic advice and counseling.
Richard is licensed as an instructor by the Board of
Registration and Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons and has
served on the Continuing Education Review Committee and the
Examination Review Committee, which reviews the Massachusetts
portion of the Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons licensing
examination.
