Born and raised in West Roxbury
Massachusetts, Frank has made a permanent home for himself in South
Boston, and continues to do most of his business throughout the
Greater Boston area. Working primarily out of Gibson Sothebys
International Realtys Charlestown office, Frank has enlisted a
small team of talented agents who work together to ensure that each
client is treated with the highest possible level of care and
service.
The driving force behind Franks
success is his feeling of accomplishment after helping someone find
their dream home. Buying or selling a home can be overwhelming, he
says, but once a sale is complete it is a proud and exciting moment
for everyone involved.
Years of experience coupled with
strong relationship based values have made it so that nearly 95% of
his business is referral-based. By putting his clients needs first,
he has developed long-lasting and loyal relationships with each of
them. Very few clients of mine have only ever done one transaction
with me, Frank explains, Now Im fortunate enough to be dealing with
some of my clients children! Frank has had the opportunity to work
with all kinds of people, from Nobel Prize winners to professional
athletes. In this business, he says, you never know who youre going
to meet. And that is why he loves it so much.
After over 30 years in the
business, Frank joined Gibson Sothebys International Realtys team
nearly 10 years ago. His driving force to join the team was due in
part to having a team of very seasoned, professional brokers, with
an excellent track record of marketing and selling residential
luxury properties.
