With over $175 million in real
estate sales, recognition as the number one sales team for total
transactions, as well as the number one team for revenue for GSIRs
Savin Hill office on their rsums (per MLS), members of the ResCo
Homes team have an established track record of success. However,
the real success of the team goes beyond facts and figures.
Founding Partners
Tim Deihl and
Amy Butterworth
speak to the teams highly
collaborative work environment as a major contributing factor to
its outstanding achievements.

Team leaders, Tim and Amy, met
nearly 12 years ago, at which time they both worked for separate
firms. With visions of the future still in their early stages, both
Tim and Amy worked first to build on their individual experience
and networks before coming together. When the time felt right to
expand, they made their visions a reality: a collaborative,
socially conscious, dedicated team. Now, the two offer over 25
years of experience in the Greater Boston area.
We didn’t want it to be
the Tim and Amy
Team with
assistants, Tim
says of the teams founding. We wanted to focus on the
word collaborative so that our team members, and our clients know
that we work together, as a team, to provide the best experience
for everyone.

The team includes
Jamie
Freedman,
Lauren Miller,
Stacey Pagos and
Michaela
Brotherton, each
offering a
unique perspective and
bringing an individual wealth of
knowledge. As a team, ResCo
Homes agents are Certified Realtors, Credited Buyer Representatives
(CBR), designated Seller Representative Specialists (SRS) and
active members of the Greater Boston Association of Realtors
(GBAR).
Beyond great work in real estate,
the team serves the Boston community in ways unmatched by others.
With a philanthropic focus at the heart of their efforts,
ResCo Homes works passionately to bring positive change to
its surrounding community.
Collaborative also signifies our engagement within the
communities that we live and work, Amy says, we make an effort to
be socially conscience and each of our team members dedicates time
and resources to causes greater than real estate.

ResCo Homes is partnered
with Horizons for Homeless
Children, a
Massachusetts-based organization working to alleviate the plight of
homelessness for local children and families, by providing
world-class early education, vital opportunities for play, support
for parents, and crucial advocacy on behalf of some of our most
marginalized citizens.
We knew when we formed our
partnership that we wanted community enrichment to be the
cornerstone of our work, Amy says of the teams relationship with
the organization. We believe that everyone deserves a place to call
home, and since Horizons is leading the way in education and
opportunities for homeless families and children, it seemed only
fitting that we would support their mission. ResCo homes donates a
percentage of each transaction to the cause, and remains involved
with advocacy and fundraising efforts.
Brimming with bright minds and big goals, the ResCo Homes team
is excited for the future. We are looking forward to growing
together, and continuing to expand all while remembering the basics
that got us here in the first place.
