We are excited to announce that our Gibson Sotheby’s
International Realty team in Charlestown is GROWING! We will soon
be relocating to a newer, larger office space just around the
corner.
We are excited to embark on a new chapter of our business in
Charlestown. Our team has been making our mark in the neighborhood
for nearly a decade and Paul and I believe that this move will take
our business to the next level. We will be able to better
accommodate clients, in a larger, more accessible space, noted
CEO/Co-owner Larry Rideout.
Gibson Sothebys International Realty originally
opened its Charlestown office in 2008 by rolling in Grancey Real
Estate, located at One Thompson Square. Prior to opening, Gibson
Sothebys International Realty was doing about 10 million dollars in
sales volume in Charlestown. In 2016 we closed over 75 million
dollars in sales volume. As our momentum continues we are excited
to open in a larger space to capitalize on the immense opportunity
in one of Bostons most monumental neighborhoods.
We pride ourselves on having assembled one of the strongest
teams in Charlestown. We are excited for the opportunity that comes
along with the new space as we have already started welcoming a
number of additional top tier Charlestown agents into the Gibson
Sothebys International Realty family, commented President/Co-Owner,

Frank Celeste,
ranked as one of the top producing brokers not only in Charlestown,

Nancy Kueny, a
veteran who is in her 23rd year of listing, selling, and renting
properties throughout the Charlestown area has been involved with
numerous larger projects in the area. Nancy commented, I am excited

Park. The new space is amazing! It is almost 4000 sf giving us the
ability to accommodate more agents, and provide our clients with an

currently being renovated to our firm’s specifications. Our new

As we build-out our new office, we will be temporarily located
