Brookline, Massachusetts:
Birthplace of John F. Kennedy, residence of Tom Brady, and, if you
so desire, your very own suburban paradise to call home.

The humble 02445 has been ranked
time and again as best suburb or best place to raise a family and
here you will see why.

As one of the most
highly-coveted, tree-lined communities in the Boston area,
Brookline is an anomaly of cheerful neighbors and beautiful homes.
Just last month,

two Brookline estates sold for well
over $6 million
apiece,
one listed by our very own Michael Carucci. The two extraordinary
homes, on Hillside Road and Clyde Street respectively, both have
nearly five-figures of square footage, custom designs, and stellar
curbside appeal. Despite their price-tags which were both above
Brooklines median closing price of $775,000, these homes embody the
beauty and charm of the area.

Another pillar of Brookline is
its delicious food. For the home, Whole Foods has strategically set
up locations in a unique, three-point, triangular shape surrounding
the town. With a store on Beacon Street, Washington Street, and
Centre Street, Brookline residents are never far from quality
groceries with which to fill a stainless-steel fridge or walk-in
pantry.

When out on the town, however,
they are surrounded by an array of dining options that reflect
cuisines from all over the world. Barcelona on Beacon Street offers
fine spanish cuisine in the form of tapas and small plates, while
just down the road Ribelle presents simply plated, tasteful French
dishes. And for those light in heart and stomach, there are perhaps
some of the cutest, quaintest cafe’s in the greater Boston area. In
Coolidge Corner alone, Capital One Cafe, The Paris Creperie, and
Knight Moves top the Cafe charts. Plus, if you have to plan your
afternoon cappuccino around the kids, Brookline
understands.

The Public Schools of Brookline
consistently sit at the top of Boston area school district
rankings. According to
Greatschools, Brookline schools receive a nine out of a
possible 10 points, with Amos A. Lawrence School, Michael Driscoll
School, and Heath School at the top of its list. But, if you prefer
to send your children to private school, there are plenty of
options as well. With more than 10 different private daycare
options, the British School of Boston and the Windsor school just on
its outskirts, Brookline sets up students of any age with any
special interest for success.

So, whats it like to live in
Brookline? Truly fantastic, if you ask us–or Tom.
