The South End’s tallest new project which includes over 700
residential units is planned to sit on a 3.1 acre site surrounding
575 Albany Street. Currently at the site are five buildings three
of which will be demolished by thelead developer.
According to Curbed Boston, the two-building development will
include 710 apartments, 14,000 square feet of retail space, 40,000
square feet of offices and an underground garage.
