Festival is a three day concert event that is local to the downtown
area of Boston. Boston Calling has been named one of the top ten
Festivals in the US by Consequence of Sound. This event is held
twice a year during the spring and fall season. Being a fairly new
event (debuting in May 2013), Boston Calling is rapidly rising in
popularity due to its musical diversity and has accumulated over
22,000 fans and counting. Line-ups are co-organized by Aaron
Dessner of The National.
The Boston Calling features avarietyof different artists and
groups that bring their own unique styles and sounds to the table.
The diversity of music blends can interest people of various music
tastes as well as introduce different sounds to people.
