Known for being one of the
finest, most popular racing facilities in the country, Suffolk Downs is hosting its very own
flashback festival. For three days only (September 5, October
5, and October 31) live racing is back!
For over 75 years, people from
all over the world have visited this 200-acre site. Unlike any
other, Suffolk Downs has maintained a spot in Bostons history since
opening day on July 10, 1935.
The festival will include 12 to
14 races between thoroughbred and steeplechase racing. To go
alongwith these races, a
variety of food from countless food trucks andcraft beer will be
available. There will be live music and local entertainment for
everyone including your children who will be able to get their face
painted and play in bounce houses!
