Neighborhood News: Boston Public Market Thrives at Haymarket Station

unnamedWithout a doubt, the Boston Public
Market has been a long awaited event that has finally flourished
into a reality. Although it has been open for just few weeks, it is
now a spot that will be frequented by the Boston community for
years to come.

After over a decade of planning, the Boston Public Market is now
up and running! Since July 30th, 37 Massachusetts and
New England vendors have been showcased and various other
activities have been implemented, allowing the Boston community to
enjoy local products all year round.

People are raving about the food, produce, flowers, and even
local honey from the Bee Hive. The honey comes from live bees
buzzing throughout the neighborhoods and parks, which eventually
are signaled back to their hive.

Individuals have already begun to take full advantage of the
cookbook exchange. With this program, you can share your favorite
recipes and cookbooks by exchanging them for a new recipe or
cookbook that someone else previously left.

Before leaving the market with all of your grocery goodies,
reserve a spot at the market meeting table! Sit and enjoy your
fresh food at this gorgeous wooden table right in the middle of the
market.
