Another month and yet another great moment where we
can proudly announce that our Sothebys brand has expanded to yet
another corner of the world, this time in Belgium. The opening of
Brussels Sothebys International Realty has been opened by David
Chicard, who is committed to serving the luxury residential real
estate market throughout Brussels as well as Wallonia.
Chicard came forward to share his goal for delivering
an efficient and personalized service to his global clientele, all
while holding a high standard for confidentiality and
professionalism, As the headquarters of many European institutions,
Brussels is often considered something of a capital for the
European Union. Being at the crossroads of cultures and playing an
important role in Europe, Brussels fits the definition of the
archetypal melting pot, but still retains its own unique character.
Brussels has a population of about 1.2 million, and its
metropolitan area is just over 2 million. Our focus is on providing
