an agreement with the Sothebys International Realty corporate
office to develop the brand in yet another key global market. What
was signed was a 25-year master franchise pact between the
Australian company and the Sothebys brand to further the superior

Geoffrey Smith, the latter two also have licensees with the
Sothebys Auction House in Australia. The Victorian headquarters of

entire country, thus why the firm has deemed it an opportunistic
moment to tap into the thriving Victorian market and open up even
