There is yet another future development slated for Boston’s real
estate market, this time in the ever so popular Back Bay
neighborhood. They say a prosperous sight for a city is one
filled with construction cranes, and this indeed is starting to be
the case throughout all of The Greater Boston Area. What is soon to
be built is a $225 Million facility that will house World-class
restaurants, additional underground parking as well as 142
condominium units and 220 hotel rooms.
Located at 40 Trinity Place, the project is backed by Jordan
Warshaw, Gary Saunders, and Jeffrey Saunders of the Trinity Stuart
LLC, a venture that includes principals of the Saunders Hotel
Group. Suffolk Construction will oversee the project while The
Architectural Team in Chelsea and the New York firm known as
Stonehill & Taylor Architects will also be involved with its
design. The building will have 33-storys and will be below the
legal height limit for this location which is pegged at 125 feet.
Currently, there is an 8-story building, The Boston Common Hotel,
which Trinity Stuart LLC purchased for $22.5 Million back in 2011
which will soon be knocked down.
This is not the first project this group of professionals has
been involved with in Boston. These individuals actually were the
ones responsible with managing the development of the Back Bay
Hotel and Atelier/505, while the Saunders Hotel Group still own and
operate The Lenox Hotel since 1963, as well as the Boston Park
Plaza Hotel and the Copley Square Hotel. The beginning of this much
anticipated construction will begin in 2013 and will give Boston
yet another first-class hotel and luxury condominium building. This
proper, experienced and dedicated management teams track record
speaks for itself and proves that they ultimately will deliver on
their promises and have this development tremendously add value to
the city.
