Throughout the past year we have been fortunate enough to extend
the Sothebys International Realty network to locations in (in
reverse chronological order); Puerto Rico in this month
of October, 2012, Australia in August,
Israel in May,
Asia in April,
Mexico in February,
and finally Italy in January. The
exact name of this new office will be Baltic Sothebys International
Realty and will open in the Lithuanian capital of Vilnius.
Owned by Vestards Rozenbergs, Leonid Kil, Ilze Mazurenko,
Paulius Gebrauskas and Marius Bruas, the first offices of Baltic
SIR were opened in Riga, Latvia in March of 2010 then soon after an
office in Jurmala, the Baltic Sea resort town. Finally, the
businessmen opened another Sothebys location in Estonia in the city
of Talinn and it only seemed fitting that yet another office, now
in Lithuania would be the next appropriate and logical step for
both their business and the Sothebys brand to take in our efforts
to continuously grow and thrive. Mr. Rozenbergs when asked about
his business noted that, Baltic Sothebys International Realty
combines strong client relationships at home and abroad with a
professional infrastructure and sales agents with strong local
knowledge. In addition to providing exceptional service at a
variety of price points, with the introduction of the Sothebys
International Realty brand to this territory, we hope to further
enhance the image of the Baltic States as a luxury real estate
destination on an international scale with access to a worldwide
network of offices, global contacts and association with the
prestigious Sothebys Auction House.
