designed their first ever home! Known as the Aktiv, this Swedish
inspired residence is pre-assembled just as most of the IKEA
products are and offers a sleek linear layout. At one bedroom, the
Aktiv encompasses 745 square feet, has walk in storage space, one
bathroom through the bedroom with two huge sinks, a covered bay for
a vehicle, and Energy Star appliances throughout which includes a
convection oven, refrigerator, dishwashers and induction
cook-top.
For any of the many IKEA fans out there this home is a dream
come true. Imagine purchasing your Aktiv and having everything
arrive already assembled and ready for you and yours to enjoy.
Customization is also part of the IKEA promise. Owners can pick
from an array of colors for the different rooms within the
residence as well as their furniture preferences.
So how much will it set you back in order to call this
European-style Aktiv flat home? A mere $86,500. While it’s not
living in the lap of luxury, this small space looks very modern and
