Northeast Real Estate: Sales up 17.7% in October from September

According to the Wall Street Journal pending home sales for
single-family homes grew by over 10% in the month October from
September throughout much of the United States. Citing the National
Association of Realtors as a source, this may be good news for the
market as a whole.

The Wall Street Journal continues to report that the Northeast
(the New England and Boston real estate markets included) performed
especially well in comparison to the rest of the country.
Single-family home sales increased 17.7% in October from the month
of November.
