This Thursday, October 20th marks a very special event for the
Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. This day
will be the highlight of the weekend because there will be the
Catwalk for the Cause Fashion Show at Saks Fifth Avenue in the
Prudential Center! Gibson Sothebys International Realtys own
Beth Dickerson will
be participating as a runway model in this event known as the Saks
Key to the Cure, a great cause aiming to fight against womens
cancers.
The fashion show will include a brunch and it all begins at 10AM
until noon. The models will be showcasing Saks latest ensembles for
the fall season. In addition, throughout the whole weekend in their
store, 2 percent of all clothing sales made by Saks will be donated
to help The Gillette Center for Womens Cancers at Dana-Farber. This
annual and nationwide fundraising campaign will certainly be an
exciting way for everyone to see a fashion show. Moreover,
especially if individuals have never previously attended such an
experience, this one above all other shows will be even more
memorable by us standing up together as one to defeat womens
cancers.
