Chris Chou joined Gibson Sothebys International Realty after
working for many years in commercial real estate performing asset
and acquisition management for many well-known real estate
companies in Massachusetts.
Chris was born and raised in New York City. He moved to Boston
to attend Boston Universitys School of Management. Upon receiving
his degree, Chris worked in management consulting and
simultaneously immersed himself in his familys various real estate
endeavors. To further himself, Chris attended Babson Colleges F.W.
Olin Graduate School of Business and earned an MBA degree. Since
then, he has worked for some of Bostons most well-known commercial
real estate firms, focusing on streamlining their portfolios and
increasing asset values through acquisitions/dispositions,
refinancing, and instituting operational controls. His knowledge
and contacts in the industry has translated into a thriving
consulting business focused on property owners who are in need of
process re-engineering. Furthermore he is the chairman of his
condominiums board of trustees as well as an income property owner.
He is an active member in such organizations as the Urban Land
Institute, US Green Building Counsel, and Greater Boston Real
Estate Board.
Chris organized and business-oriented approach to real estate
benefits anyone who works with him in every aspect. He is adamant
that a well-planned process results in tremendous success at any
step of the real estate buying or selling process.
