Sotheby’s International Realty recently
relaunched their website.
The new site still focuses on international listings, but has
expanded its scope dramatically to include advanced search options,
including lifestyle search and the ability to search listing prices
by foreign currency.
The revamped website literally incorporates Sotheby’s
International Realty Boston
luxury real estate listings right into the design itself.
Featured homes also offer expanded multimedia options such as
video, virtual tours and high resolution photographs.
They’ve also released some very interesting statistics regarding
the traffic they have had since the official kick off. Take a
look:
- Unique Visits: 390,090
- Average length of visit: 13 minutes
- Total page views: 3,298,342
- Top 5 visiting countries outside of the United States: Canada,
United Kingdom, Germany, France and Brazil - Top 5 visiting North American states: New York, California,
Massachusetts, New Jersey, Florida
It’s pretty interesting that Massachusetts is the third largest
contributor of hits to the new Sotheby’s International
Realty website when it comes to the states.
