Hull, Massachusetts – A new luxury condominium project at 120 Nantasket Avenue in Hull, Massachusetts is nearing completion, with move-in dates projected for late June or July 2025. Overlooking the Nantasket Beach shoreline, the four-story, $22 million development features 21 ocean-view residences located just 25 minutes from Boston by ferry.
Developed by Enrique Darer and Jonathan Leavitt, with architecture by Leavitt Associates, the building replaces a site once home to a bathhouse, aquarium, motel, and music club.
